Shipping
We offer standard shipping. Shipping is free for orders over £30. The average delivery time for orders to the United Kingdom is 3-5 working days. On weekends and public holidays it can sometimes take a little longer. After dispatch, we will send you a track & trace code by e-mail so that the customer can track the order. Returns can be sent to our PO box. (This is indicated on the return form) We do not charge any additional costs for returns. However, the shipping costs are at your own expense.
Once you have placed an order, it can no longer be cancelled. This is because we work with a company that packs for us. The labels are printed immediately and your order is packed straight away. Unfortunately, we can no longer cancel your order as it is dispatched immediately. We accept no responsibility if you have provided an incorrect and/or incomplete delivery address. It is therefore your responsibility to contact the delivery partner and change your delivery address. If this fails, we will not be able to make a refund. However, La Béa can compensate you by reshipping the parcel, but the customer will incur additional shipping costs of £7.99.
General Terms and Conditions – Responsibility for address and delivery
1. entering an incorrect address:
The customer is fully responsible for providing the correct delivery address when ordering. We accept no liability for delays, loss or damage to the order due to an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
2. name on the letterbox:
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the name on the mailbox matches the recipient’s name. If these names do not match, the parcel cannot be delivered correctly.
3. refusal of delivery:
If the customer decides to refuse the parcel on delivery, for whatever reason, they are not entitled to a refund of the purchase price. If the customer does not wish to keep the parcel, they must accept it and return it to La Béa. A return form can be requested by e-mail.
4. return of the parcel:
If the customer still wishes to receive the parcel after an incorrect delivery or rejection, we offer the option to return the parcel for a fee of £7.99. This fee covers the cost of returning the parcel.
5. cancellation after placing the order:
Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled as parcels are dispatched directly by an external party. We accept no responsibility or liability for cancelled orders once the order has been placed.
6. if not delivered at home, collection from a collection point:
If the customer is not at home at the time of delivery and the parcel needs to be collected from a collection point or post office, the customer remains responsible for collecting the parcel in good time. It is the customer’s responsibility to collect the parcel from the specified collection point or post office within the specified period. In the event of negligence or delay in collecting the parcel, we accept no liability for delay, loss or damage to the parcel. If the customer does not collect the parcel on time and is therefore not entitled to a refund of the purchase price, we are not obliged to refund the purchase price. Should the customer wish to receive the parcel despite not collecting it on time, we can resend the parcel for a fee of £7.99. This fee covers the cost of the parcel. This fee covers the cost of returning the parcel.
By placing an order with us, the customer recognises and accepts the above conditions regarding the delivery address and delivery of the ordered product. We reserve the right to change these conditions at any time and without prior notice. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the terms and conditions regularly for changes.
