Overview
Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items:
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not attributable to us.
Item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
After your return has been received and checked, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. The cost of returning the package is the customer’s responsibility.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
After that, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Offers
Only items with regular prices can be refunded. Offers cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you wish to exchange or return the item, please email us at info@LaBeaskin.com
